Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Enterprise Wellbeing Solutions team to reach sales targets and provide exceptional client experiences
  • Foster a results-driven team culture focused on consultative sales and solution development
  • Train and mentor Wellbeing Consultants for continuous improvement and target achievement
Sales Leadership and Training Mentorship:
  • Inspire the team to achieve sales targets and foster a collaborative culture
  • Train and mentor consultants for improved approach and target attainment
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Guide the team in crafting tailored solutions aligned with client initiatives
  • Create playbooks for effective consultative sales approach
Consultative Approach:
  • Maintain a consultative approach in understanding client needs and delivering value
Sales Activity, Pipeline Management, and Reporting:
  • Implement sales activity tracking processes for consistent progress
  • Oversee sales pipeline development and identify growth opportunities
Sales and Target Reporting:
  • Develop sales reports and dashboards for key performance insights
  • Manage CRM platform for accurate information
Target Customer Mapping:
  • Define target customer profiles for effective resource allocation
  • Implement targeted sales strategies for key customer segments
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client requirements
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth handover to account management post-implementation
Process Improvement and Innovation:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Encourage team innovation to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of consulting or sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Leadership experience in consultative sales and solution development
  • Background in implementation and delivery consulting
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Balance sales targets with client satisfaction commitment
