About the Department
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that offers financial services and solutions to help clients achieve their strategic business goals. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading provider of banking services for Asia-based commercial banking companies, large corporations, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. Our teams collaborate closely with specialized units in Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Group Retail to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
As Group Trade Product Manager:
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources for insightful management reporting and strategic initiatives. Utilize this data to enhance e-Penetration and boost Straight Through Processing (STP) rates.
- Develop and execute product commercialization strategies for Channel products globally, ensuring seamless product launches. This involves coordinating product programs, securing regulatory approvals, managing communications, and marketing collateral. Drive product marketing plans, including customer targeting and positioning.
- Identify customer behaviors, pain points, and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain customer databases for analytics and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to define product requirements and ensure the integrity of the final solutions. Facilitate understanding of product capabilities among customer touch-points through proactive communication programs.
- Oversee the profitability and growth of FSCM and Trade products. Maintain product programs in compliance with local regulations and stakeholders' requirements.
- Lead the roll-out of multi-country programs and implement Trade and FSCM product initiatives across different regions. Ensure management controls and adherence to Group product standards.
- Minimum 5 years of Trade Product experience
- Degree qualification
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to draft product programs, SOPs, and business requirements
