We are hiring for an Administrative position at Bukit Merah Central



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday [ 10am - 6pm ]
  • Location: Bukit Merah Central
  • Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000 monthly

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Providing top-notch administrative support to the office manager, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating office policies and procedures.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers for seamless operations.
  • Aiding in the onboarding process for new staff, setting up workstations, and completing required paperwork.
  • Assisting in the coordination of office events and activities.
  • Ensuring office equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Supporting in budget preparation and monitoring, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Maintaining accurate daily and monthly expense records, handling filing, and document scanning.
  • Completing any other administrative duties requested by the office manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Holder of a Diploma or equivalent in office administration or related field.
  • Proven background as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
