Key Job Responsibilities

You will assist employer consultants in enhancing workplace practices for disability inclusion. Engage with employers, partners, and clients with disabilities to improve employability and job outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage employers and partners to establish connections and provide recruitment assistance
  • Address employer inquiries via email or phone, manage administrative tasks for participation in various initiatives
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries through assigned communication channels
  • Maintain accurate employer data in CRM system
  • Compile statistics, reports, and generate data
  • Organize meetings and document minutes
  • Support events such as networking events and webinars
  • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Diploma Holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience; recent Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in customer relationship roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled in problem-solving, working under pressure, and fast-paced environments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
