About the role: The Programme Director will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of multiple programs within the organization, especially our credit bureau operations. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive program plans.
  • Ensure programs are aligned with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with regulators to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing program team.
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Monitor program expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program progress.
  • Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the program team.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Director or in a similar senior program management role.
  • Solid understanding of credit bureau operations and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
