Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with technical, product, and operations teams to establish and monitor metrics that assess the efficiency and quality of data acquisition and production, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Design statistically robust measurements and experiments to assess data quality and the performance of operations personnel.
- Develop data dashboards and products that increase management transparency, enhance data production effectiveness, and optimize ROI.
- Support the research and implementation of public data-sourcing initiatives in LLM data acquisition.
- Currently a data analyst role within global products or business teams.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience.
- A profound interest in both LLMs and comprehending human behavior, experience, and wellbeing. Must be enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys building projects from scratch and taking a hands-on approach.
