  • Identify and address process gaps, streamline pricing data uploads, and automate processes to enhance quoting and sales processes

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic pricing policies and procedures
  • Generate detailed reports on pricing operations metrics, process enhancements, and overall pricing strategy effectiveness
  • Create synergies among existing systems, processes, and personnel to boost productivity within the organization
  • Ensure alignment across country teams in the region on pricing processes to maintain consistency and efficiency in pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with project teams and other functional teams to meet APJ region timelines and requirements
  • Support team lead in fostering synergies between CPQ and related projects
  • Undertake additional projects/functions as required by the team lead

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Economics/Analytics or related field, with exposure to MNC working environments
  • 2 to 4 years of provable experience in pricing analysis, sales operations, or similar roles focusing on CPQ systems
  • Preferred experience in Life Sciences
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CPQ software, CRM systems (Salesforce), and ERP systems
  • Essential skills: Proficient in Excel, good knowledge of Power Point and Word
  • Technical skills: SQL Server, Power BI
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication with regional and global teams
