  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Oversee the processing and recording of invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Perform thorough and accurate reconciliation of sales data from different payment platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Verify transaction details, payment processing fees, and currency conversions to reconcile against recorded sales.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data entry and documentation.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement within the accounts management process.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data to track key performance indicators and trends.
  • Provide insights based on financial analysis to support operational decisions.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients related to financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and proper collections from clients.
  • Resolve any issues related to payments or account discrepancies.

  • Implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to employees and associates, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate inventory records, including purchase orders, invoices, and stock movement reports.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and center teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data.
  • Provide guidance and support to streamline the reporting process.
  • Assist in any adhoc reporting and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both financial management and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, financial tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented mindset and commitment to accuracy.
