JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining the Partner Operations team at YouTube means diving into the core issues faced by our content creators, collaborating across teams to find solutions, and overseeing support operations. Whether you're assisting our top creators, identifying and escalating technical issues, analyzing data for insights, or coordinating with vendors to deliver exceptional support, your efforts will enhance user experience on YouTube for all.

QualificationsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide extensive operational support to YouTube partners and work closely with various teams to enhance YouTube's products and services.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to devise business plans tailored to partners and strategies for growth.
  • Evaluate and analyze partner performance, pinpointing areas for workflow improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize metrics for in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Contribute to the team's scalability by introducing innovative solutions, improving efficiency, and conducting thorough root cause analyses.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to effectively engage with external partners and creators.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in project/program management or developing scalable solutions in the technology or media sector.
  • Familiarity with the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
