About the Team

This is an opportunity to join a highly visible recruiting team within one of the most well-known and fastest growing companies across the globe.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has 14 years of recruitment experience, either in a search firm, agency or inhouse,
  • Ability to contribute in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
