Responsibilities:

  • Assembling CBU kits by meticulously compiling kit materials and affixing barcode labels to designated sections within the kit box.
  • Engaging with clients via telephone communication to conduct CSA and MHQ verification, as well as coordinating kit deliveries.
  • Ensuring a seamless lifecycle for CSA & MHQ processes, encompassing reception, verification, and subsequent followups as necessary.
  • Handling NCBU instances (Non-Conforming cord blood units) by initiating the NCBU waiver procedure, collaborating with clients to make informed decisions regarding their CBU, providing clear explanations of lab results, and meticulously updating the NCBUs database.
  • Coordinating kit logistics for efficient and timely delivery through close collaboration with the sales and logistics teams.
  • Maintaining and managing the client database, ensuring it remains updated and accurate.
  • Overseeing and managing spare kits stored at collection sites.
  • Monitoring the inventory of materials required for kit preparation to ensure a continuous supply.
  • Performing administrative duties as designated.
  • Undertaking other assigned tasks to contribute to the smooth operations of the lab department.

Requirements:
