Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to high standards.
  • Collect occupancy details and guest requests.
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
  • Ensure laundry collection and communication.
  • Maintain work performance as per standards.
  • Return keys and report room status.
  • Restock section pantries and cleaning supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure guest room supplies are sufficient.
