What you will be working on

  • Implement and manage IMDA's grant programmes for Our Singapore Fund and Digital for Life (DfL) Fund
  • Manage and track fund utilisation, assist in preparing financial reports for the funds
  • Assist in managing the grant administration process, including administering calls for proposals, engaging with grant applicants, reviewing and evaluating grant proposals, making funding recommendations, monitoring projects and outcomes, and managing grant award and disbursements
  • Provide Secretariat support for the Fund governing committee, including coordinating meeting materials and logístical arrangements for meetings
  • Assist in managing key donor accounts
  • Support the review of grants administration and governance processes

What we are looking for

  • Background in any relevant discipline (e.g., economics, business administration, sociology, social work, political science)
  • At least 23 years of relevant experience in grants administration, preferably in the public, community, social service or charity sectors
  • Strong planning and project management skills, ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standard of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong aptitude in financial data analysis, project/financial risks assessment and audit reviews
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage various stakeholders, and good writing skills
  • Selfdriven, able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Individuals with experience in a similar or related role (e.g., project management, finance, audit and governance) are welcome to apply
