Role Summary
To provide daily operational support to the Fund Administration team

Key Duties and Responsibilities*:

  • Provide support in daytoday operations of the Company's funds and following up with internal stakeholders and counterparties on fund related matters.
  • Review daily/monthly NAV reports prepared by fund administrators
  • Perform cash and securities holdings reconciliation and able to resolve reconciliation discrepancies
  • Prepare monthend report for clients
  • Process fund invoices and update cash entries into system
  • Perform checks on funds' management fees and performance fees

Education Qualification*:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy, Banking and Finance

Experience and Skills*:

  • Minimal of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
  • Good team player, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
  • Ability to work independently and in a systematic manner
  • Positive attitude and able to work under stress
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word

Remuneration*:
