Job Scope:

  • Manage payroll for Singapore and global offices, including vendor management and centralized reporting.
  • Upload global payroll reports to corporate's Finance system.
  • Estimate funds required for monthly payroll in different currencies.
  • Ensure all payroll documents are signed and filed with supporting documents.
  • Prepare bank instructions for payroll transactions.
  • Send monthly reports to Finance for payout and reconciliation purposes.
  • Reconcile salary reports between HR and Finance databases.
  • Calculate final payments for leavers and separation packages, as needed for regulatory filings.
  • Address auditors' inquiries on payroll matters and government compliance.
  • Coordinate annual tax returns for nonlocal staff and check for other locations as required.
  • Stay informed on government regulations relevant to the company's jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal pay dates for all entities in Asia.
  • Submit payroll reports to internal and external parties, including payroll vendors and government bodies such as MOM and WDA.
  • Assist in general HR functions not limited to preparation of offer letter, supporting onboarding & offboarding process, managing of leave record and etc.
  • Govern the documentation in related to HR matters

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/HR related studies
  • Good working experience in payroll function
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS system
