Reporting to the Cluster FP&A Lead, you will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within Business Unit Finance for a large cluster.


You can expect to exposed to following areas:

  • Business partnering with various stakeholders
  • Business Plan support and analysis
  • Data analysis and trend and forecast reporting
  • Quarter close and standard reporting

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Standard Reporting/Analytics &

Decision Support:
Learn to prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics work products

  • Planning, Budgeting, Updates, Execution:
  • Budget preparation work by updating financials for planning cycle & performing statistical trend analysis
  • Hands on experience of delivering standard reporting & performance analytics work products
  • Gain understanding of how to deliver balance sheet forecasting work products
  • Learn to prepare FP&A Operational Performance Metrics
  • Participate in functional or career development training
  • Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to leadership
  • Supports ad hoc requests / projects
  • Supports continuous improvement activities
  • Assists with training fellow team members
  • Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill
  • Perform performance management activities
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

You should:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA, MBA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Come with 12 years of relevant finance analysis experience
  • Have Microsoft Office (especially excel & power point), Finance and Accounting knowledge
