Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Senior FP&A Manager (sitting in Singapore), as a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will analyze financial data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.

You will be engaged in the budgeting and forecasting procedures, recognizing financial risks and opportunities, and offering suggestions to enhance financial performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and bolster the financial planning and analysis function. Also, assisting in crafting presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

  • This position includes:
  • Monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis of key financial drivers against Group financial performance, encompassing, but not confined to:
  • MOM and YoY revenue growth by business unit, region, product/customer groups;
  • Growth and Gross Margins
  • EBITDA
  • NPAT
  • ARR
  • LTV
  • CAC
  • Cash forecast
  • Monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis of pivotal metrics, such as, but not limited to:
  • Number of payslips, timesheets, active users, or transactions
  • Number of clients
  • Client churn
  • Sales and MRR pipeline and conversion to statutory revenue
  • Supporting Group and Business unit budgeting, forecasting, and monthly review process.
  • Supporting financial modeling and scenario analysis, forecasting, sensitivity review, and performance financial analytics to aid business growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field showing strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Big 4 experience is favored).

Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software (e.g., Excel, financial planning systems, Netsuite, Snowflake).

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong focus on detail and effective multitasking skills.

Capable of working autonomously and within a team setting.
