The Job Overview


SQREEM is a fast-growing AI Marketing and Insights Platform based in Singapore, and serving global clients across multiple market sectors.

Based in our Singapore Headquarters we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our growing teams globally.

Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing our data lake in Funnel, handling requests from clients to integrate APIs, etc.
  • New or nonstandard SQL queries
  • Assist with dashboard (Data Studio) configuration, new dimensions/metrics, calculated fields, and template updates.
  • Investigate/resolve dashboard/platform inconsistencies.
  • Configure new dimensions, metrics, platforms, and nonstandard features in Funnel.
  • Follow up on issues with platforms, Funnel, and Data Studio
  • Agencylevel dashboards, giving an overview of multiple clients.
  • TI team dashboards give more useful campaign performance feedback including insights across multiple campaigns and clients.
  • Potential to feed data integrated into Funnel back to platforms or other tools automatically.
  • Research and implement a more advanced reporting tool to improve user experience and support the options above.
  • Build out more advanced dashboard templates in Data Studio, especially as their feature list grows.
  • Management and maintenance of our internal portal, as well as improving and building new features.
  • Work closely with our SG, PH, and VN teams to understand the AI platform and help integrate our product vision. There will be travel to these regions required as part of this role.
  • Write and maintain product activation, support, and bidder documentation.
  • Manage complexities such as online advertising campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and resolution across various key players.

Qualifications & Skillsets

  • Experience with Infrastructure, Hardware, Operating Systems, and Security.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of working with and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas, and solutions.
  • Ability to influence others and identify the best solutions among many stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to translate technical things in simple terms to a nontechnical audience
  • Ability to communicate at a deeper technical level
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem as well as RTB, DSP, DMP, SSP, and dynamic adserving fundamentals
