Responsibilities:
Manage smooth operations by providing the best QSCSP through restaurant employees to all guests.
Control restaurants profit and loss by managing costs and driving revenue.
Responsible for the overall level of guest satisfaction and be a Customer Maniac role model for all restaurant staff.
Ensure strict adherence to companys standards and goals in the areas of food cost, food quality, stock inventory, labour costs, employee relations, customer relations, safety, security, sanitation, accounting and personnel policies.
Ensure all safety and security measures are being taken into consideration to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience and for staff to work in.
Recruitment, retention and training of restaurant staff.
Maintain knowledge of relevant existing and pending laws and codes to ensure full.
Assess the performance of individual restaurant staff under his leadership and give the necessary assistance, supervision and support to motivate their career development in companys career development program.
Anticipate changing business conditions, set goals and standards, plan and schedule work to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of quick service restaurant supervision experience in order to understand the operating functions of the restaurants.
Exceptional communication skills necessary to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and service the guests.
Strong organizational, and leadership skills to run a smooth operation.
A Customer Maniac and a team player.
