Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Internship Recruitment

  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and recruiting interns.
  • Coordinate internship programs, including onboarding and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to build partnerships for internship opportunities.

Employee Wellness Initiatives

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee wellness initiatives and programs.
  • Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities to promote a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure wellness initiatives align with employee needs.

HR Operations

  • Assist in daytoday HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the management of internship programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employee wellness best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
