UCT is currently seeking a dynamic Store Planner to join our team in Singapore.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely work order planning, within 24 hours of production request
  • Manage work orders and sequence changes efficiently
  • Review and ensure accuracy of work order system transactions
  • Prioritize distribution of work orders to the store
  • Monitor work order pick status from the store
  • Address daily work order shortages and NCM replacement, ensuring timely material replenishment
  • Foster strong collaboration with material and production teams
  • Expedite urgent parts for production reported in the tracker report
  • Coordinate with receiving team to expedite urgent items after QC approval
  • Collaborate with shipping for sell-back parts
  • Address work order-related issues with the IT team
  • Liaise with 3rd party warehouse (3PL) as needed
  • Coordinate special/ad hoc deliveries
  • Regularly monitor work order forecast and report any abnormalities to the supervisor
  • Participate in quarterly capacity discussions

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Minimum degree in Logistics or equivalent field

Experience Requirement:

  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting and effectively communicate with different departments
