As core part of the Project Management Group in Singapore will play a proactive role in respect of daily communications and in discussing with the Authority and liaising with the Project Management Group in Korea.

You will support the Project Manager (PM) to manage the complete scope for various kinds of railcar manufacturing, including design, planning,fabrication, testing, commissioning and warranty services.


As a Project Planning Manager together with supporting Project Manager, you will also implement the execution plan for achievement of the project's success.


Requirements:

  • At least 6 years experience in Engineering activity related to R&D in
Train Manufacturing process.

  • Posses a Degree or equivalent qualifications

Duties:

  • Coordinate with all project related personnel on daytoday progress
of workactivities, procurement and operations to ensure timely

completion of project

  • Planning and Scheduling of project activities plus expediting and co
- ordinating

  • Provide reports on progress against schedule, manpower & material
tracking.

  • Project coordination including submission to local authorities and
liaison with clients, Sub-contractors, consultants and authorities on

technical matters

  • To interface with clients, attend monthly meetings and prepare
minutes of meetings

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a highly diverse and fast paced environment and
under pressure

  • Posses strong technical skills in onsite problem solving, teamwork &
proactive

  • Experience in Primavera Software is a must as the programme
functions on Primavera P6 utilization to prepare and project schedule

daily and reports.
