Project Manager - Site Operations

At PROJECT INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Site Operations to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a focus on site operations, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage all aspects of the project, including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting, and administration.
  • Collaborate with project consultants and subject matter experts to ensure required information is provided and updated for a timely handover.
  • Identify, track, and resolve design, authority, and construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Liaise with clients, users, and stakeholders to establish project requirements and user brief, resolve issues, and report progress.
  • Work with contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds, and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, including submission of reports.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a degree in architecture, construction, engineering, or equivalent that is registrable with BOA or PEB.
  • Possession of an MProjMgmt will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of local authority requirements, procedures, codes, and regulations.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Singapore's large healthcare or similar complex projects are essential.
  • Effective communication and leadership qualities/skills.
  • Possession of certificates for Construction Safety, ECM, CONQUAS, ESH, etc will be an advantage. Registration with SocProjMgmt is essential.
  • Hands-on working experience in project management software (MSProj, Primavera, etc) and PSSCOC is essential.
