Job Summary

Gylet Project (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management process from award to handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and participate in pre- and post-tender surveys for SED/ordering and pre-con surveys on existing buildings (applicable to MOD projects only).
  • Prepare documentation, including daily reports, monthly progress reports, and methods of statement.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project teams, including attending site meetings and participating in internal and external inspections/handovers of projects for public use with no critical defects.
  • Oversee drawing management and update clients/subcontractors accordingly.
  • Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with government and safety regulations, conducting regular safety walks.
  • Manage costs and identify potential cost overruns and late deliveries.
  • Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update progress.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in construction, drawing, electrical, project planning, procurement, compliance, project management, AutoCAD, team player, civil engineering, scheduling, electrical engineering, commissioning, and mechanical engineering.
