Provide immediate assistance to tenants on handover and takeover of commercial spaces. Provide corrective, preventive or improvement advise to enhance the operation of the commercial spaces. To ensure tenants observe and comply to SMRT and authorities' rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

To attend to tenant's enquiries / feedback. To arrange and assist SPO to perform Handing over and taking over of commercial units/spaces with tenants. Conduct inspection to ensure tenant comply with statutory guidelines with reference to safety and security. Conduct inspection and updating on tenancy fitting out, reinstatement, and refurbishment works progression and in accordance to approve submission.. Conduct inspections to ensure tenants day to day operation in the MRT station complies to safety and security rules and authorities' guidelines. Monitor and follow up with tenants on preventive maintenance servicing program and submission of service reports. Assist in liaising with SMRT stakeholders / authorities' on-site inspection and permit to work application. Attend and manage fault reports in commercial space on ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection matters promptly. Conduct inspection in tenancy shop premises to ensure safety and security aspect are maintained at high standards. Conduct administrative emailing task on ground operational liaison on works arrangement with stations and relevant SMRT stakeholders. Other tasks as and when assigned.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Skills

Service-oriented with good communication skills and have a keen eye for details. Possess knowledge in building services. Able to work on shifts including Sunday and Public Holidays and perform overtime (if required) Candidates with min 2 years experience in facility / operation / property management has added advantage.
