As part of the Singtel 8George Team, you will be responsible for the delivery and driving process improvements of the Learning Operations which is part of the People Development team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Learning Operations processes are in place to support organization objectives
  • Manage Learning Operations processes and to ensure timelnes are met ( e.g creating courses/classes in Learning Management System, course registration matters, processing invoices etc)
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure operational activities remain in compliance per company procedures and policies
  • Proficient with Learning Management System such as SAP SucessFactors
  • Undertake Academy Campus Management (Singtel 8George Campus)
  • Participate in projects to drive continuous improvements through streamlining and automation
  • Perform administrative services and support as assigned (eg generating reports, preparing dashboards, support audit activities, company events.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree and IHRP certification is preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in administration
  • Have an eye for detail and is well organized to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Cultivate good work relationships with all colleagues, vendors and authorities to contribute to team effectiveness and productivity.
