To provide support to the Procurement Manager in the implementation of sourcing strategy through the execution of Request For Proposals (RFP) / Request For Quotation (RFQ) process.


The Challenges:

  • Assist with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials for all centres
  • Facilitate the Tender Evaluation meeting with the predetermined evaluation criteria and weightage
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors for contracts
  • Responsible for the entire Procurement process, monitoring from Requirement Gathering to Release of PO/LOA
  • Manage project timeline, stakeholders and communications between end user and vendor
  • Assist Procurement Manager with vendor assessment
  • Undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned

What it takes:

  • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, or any other any other relevant disciplines
  • 2 Years relevant experience in procurement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well under stress
  • Meticulous, detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
