- Be the main point of contact for customers and handle all customer issues effectively (Be the Voice of Customer)
- Provide strong leadership in addressing customer-related issues
- Manage the Operations and Customer Service functions of the Company
- Ensure seamless coordination between the Operation & Customer Service teams for timely delivery
- Assess service and product quality, including addressing customer feedback/complaints to identify areas for improvement
- Implement effective account management and control
- Cultivate a collaborative, positive, and synergistic relationship with customers and internal teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and support
- Perform any other duties as assigned or specified by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in any field
- Demonstrated operational proficiency in a diverse environment
- Outstanding customer-facing skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- More than 3 years of work experience with managerial or supervisory roles
