  • Be the main point of contact for customers and handle all customer issues effectively (Be the Voice of Customer)
  • Provide strong leadership in addressing customer-related issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in any field
  • Demonstrated operational proficiency in a diverse environment
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • More than 3 years of work experience with managerial or supervisory roles
