  • Oversee the Customer Feedback Management (CFM) system, ensuring live cases are closely monitored and promptly resolved.
  • Acknowledge and address customer complaints/feedback within 24 hours, via phone or written acknowledgment.
  • Follow up with lowscoring survey customers, working with stakeholders to resolve concerns.
  • Manage the customer database to introduce loyalty programs
  • Provide marketing support in terms of administration, customer service, and events

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customerfacing work environment, including managing IT administration, such as Salesforce.
