About the Role

Purpose of the Position

This role is responsible for delivering innovative electronic devices, including flagship products, and providing technical support to our manufacturing partner to ensure consistent production and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Offer daily guidance to the manufacturer on mechanical engineering matters during production.
  • Quality Operation: Establish and maintain strict quality control standards with the manufacturer to ensure product consistency and reliability.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and increase efficiency in manufacturing workflow.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering challenges to minimize production delays and defects.
  • Product Improvement: Collaborate with design teams to implement enhancements that improve product quality and manufacturability.
  • Investment Audit & Asset Management Support: Oversee investment audit and conduct physical asset inspections, supporting annual inventory checks if needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years in EMS with a strong grasp of supply chain, manufacturing technology, and SOP support
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; knowledge of Japanese is a bonus
  • Functional Skills: Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Knowledge of electronic device assembly
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
