Company X is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join the team as part of the Financing & Client Services (FCS) division. In this role, you will be responsible for various functions within the Financing Bank, which include agency and transaction management, client service for loans, cash management, and receivable & supply chain finance activities, along with KYC support.

  • Agency & Transaction Management: Handling agency roles and loan management for financing transactions from business lines like Energy & Real Assets (ERA) and Corporate & Leveraged Finance (CLF), as well as certain financing activities from International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) such as Export Finance, Global Commodity Finance, Trade Finance, etc. Additionally, involved in distribution activities of Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR).
  • Cash & RSF Transactions and Services: Managing transaction and client service for ITB's Cash Management and Receivable & Supply Chain Finance (RSF) activities.
  • KYC Support & Services: Responsible for collecting and processing information for Corporate KYCs and assessing non-compliance risks for correspondent banking.

The ideal candidate will specialize in Cash & RSF Transactions and Services as well as KYC Support & Services.

While the above tasks cover a significant portion of the role, there may be additional projects assigned by management as needed. You may also participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing product development across different business lines and improving processes from Front to Middle to Back Office related to these products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support various aspects related to RSF developments including deals, documentation, reporting, client services, and KYC.
  • Provide client services and support for cash management and RSF activities, including training clients on RSF platforms, managing client requests, addressing queries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist the front office in client onboarding, review, modification, and closure processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Receive briefs from business lines regarding upcoming transactions and initiate onboarding processes by collaborating with the KYC platform.
  • Engage with business lines and clients to gather required information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Offer proactive support and advice to business units and other functions on relevant matters.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with clients and internal teams for effective delivery and support.
  • Participate in projects related to regulatory changes, process enhancements, system upgrades, digitalization, compliance exercises, and audits.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks based on team requirements.

Role Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business or Banking & Finance.
  • Experience in client-facing or client service roles.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services like trade finance or supply chain finance.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong teamwork, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and a valuable team player.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of KYC banking regulations.
