This role is open in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand and will be a key player in fostering a culture of high performance and nurturing talent to drive success in hotel operations.

Collaborating closely with the Talent & Culture Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will serve as a senior business partner for the region, bridging hotels, operations leaders, and Heartists across Asia. Your responsibilities include executing talent and culture initiatives in alignment with our global & MEA APAC objectives and strategic plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Centre of Excellence: Ensure the successful deployment of Accor strategy, systems, and tools by partnering with each Centre of Excellence. Work closely with senior leadership to align talent and culture initiatives with business goals and operational needs.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Provide guidance and expertise to operational and regional teams on talent and culture matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development to drive business success.
  • Leadership Development: Execute leadership development programs in the Asia region, focusing on enhancing employee skills and competencies. Identify and develop high-potential talent, plan successions, and coach senior leaders.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Resolve employee relations issues, support managers in workplace problem-solving, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and implement best practices in talent management.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies in Asia, attract and retain top talent aligned with the company's values, and ensure the organization has the right talent for current and future needs.
  • Culture Promotion: Champion the company's culture in all Asia hotel operations, create an inclusive work environment, and partner with local leaders to foster employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, encourage continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and recognition.
  • Communication and Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement, inform employees about organizational developments, and lead initiatives to address employee concerns.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, collaborate with local teams to integrate diversity and inclusion into all talent and culture programs.
  • Organizational Development & Change: Support driving initiatives for organizational effectiveness and efficiency, including organizational restructuring and change management.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to assess T&C programs' effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • HR Technology Integration: Integrate HR technology solutions to enhance T&C processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive Talent & Culture roles, with 5 years in leadership positions focusing on talent management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, drive change, and work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people initiatives aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion best practices.
