Order Processing and Fulfilment

  • Ensure orders are placed in a timely & accurately manner
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure the timeliness of the order fulfilment

Liaising with Internal & External Parties

  • Communicate and coordinate with both Internal Team & External Vendors
  • Ensure sure that order information is conveyed accurately to all parties
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate order status to all parties

Quality Control

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Liaising with Customers on Shipping and Delivery matters

Working Days:

  • 5days week (Monday Friday)
  • 9am 6pm

Must-have:

  • Able to work well in team setting, that is lively and fun
  • Able to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong sense of urgency, working well under pressure and tight deadlines.
