Executive/sr Executive/deputy Mgr

The individual will be part of a team responsible for ensuring funded programmes are aligned with SSG's funding policies, and support SkillsFuture initiatives and SSG's overall objectives.
- Oversee financial aspects of Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes, including fees, processing financial schemes, grant disbursement and handling operational tasks.
- Assist in grant management matters, including reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with agreement terms and funding agencies' requirements and guidelines.
- Analyse and prepare budget projections.
- Monitor and report utilisation of approved budget.
- Collate/report CET data for various stakeholder reports and for audit purposes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure CET data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Assist in system implementation, data analytics, and process streamlining initiatives.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support analysis and decisionmaking.
- Relevant qualification with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, business, or finance.
- Positive attitude towards challenging situations.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to make informed decisions.
- Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Experience in Power BI preferred.
