About the team

The GTM Operations team ensures the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Working closely with the sales team and other teams at Stripe, they drive various initiatives. The Sales Strategy and Operations function is vital for the success of our sales team. Committed to excellence and with a profound understanding of sales' art and science, our team focuses on informing sales strategy, streamlining processes, creating sales programs, and offering insights that boost sales growth. We do this by being objective, trusted partners of the Sales Leadership team.

What you'll do

As the APAC Sales Programs Specialist, you will collaborate with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and front-line sales managers. Your role involves understanding their pipeline generation and progression needs, working with cross-functional teams, developing and executing sales programs, and adjusting them based on results.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver a scalable approach to Pipe Generation and Pipe Progression through tailored Sales Programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Global Sales Programs Lead on sales play selection and prioritization.
  • Embed sales play execution and tracking into the standing Rhythm of Business.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, identifying areas for action, and implementing tactics to accelerate pipeline quality and velocity.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other regions to establish a unified sales programs strategy.
  • Drive operational excellence by setting standard methodologies for pipeline generation and progression.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, programs, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing partners.
  • Skilled communicator translating insights into practical recommendations.

Hybrid work at Stripe

Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of their time in the local office or with users, balancing in-person collaboration with flexibility for individuals and teams.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this position in the primary location is S$116,000 - S$174,000, subject to variation based on location and experience. Benefits and compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and more.
