About the Team:

The Sales Enablement team collaborates with the Global Sales Organization to ensure sales representatives and sales leaders have the necessary skills, knowledge, and process expertise to maximize each buyer interaction. Success is measured by improvements in sales effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.

Overview:

The APAC Sales Training Lead manages sales new hires onboarding and sales representatives certification in APAC. They work closely with the regional sales organization to identify ways to enhance effectiveness and efficiency to boost sales productivity. This role involves conducting skill gap analyses, delivering learning material, and assessing training program outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a trusted partner to ensure alignment with the customer engagement strategy and foster a learning culture in the region
  • Create and execute sales new hire onboarding activities such as Masterclass, eLearning exercises, virtual-led and face-to-face training sessions, and live skill assessments
  • Partner with sales leaders to evaluate the individual performance of new hires and identify development needs
  • Evaluate training needs by assessing current training effectiveness and local business requirements
  • Develop certification programs based on business needs
  • Establish metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs
  • Manage the creation and delivery of global sales training programs covering sales skills, processes, and product training

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a similar level
  • Previous experience in a sales role/organization is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Sales Methodologies
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
