Generate new business opportunities through participation in social functions within the community; invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and utilise social media platforms and other support to reach out to clients. CRM - Enrich the customer database with accuracy, communicate on novelties, events and giftings, campaigns and reporting. Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times. Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after sales services, and valuation requests.
