  • All personnel are required to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Registration and/or Qualification in SAP

  • Receiving internal requests for action.
  • Initiating onboarding process with Suppliers.
  • Expediting Suppliers to respond (where required)
  • Working with suppliers to resolve any understanding or technical issues on their part (where required) and escalating internally as may be necessary to resolve.
Supplier Business Ethics and Human Rights Screening (where required) using Exiger Insight 3PM

  • Running in parallel with SAP Ariba Registration and/or Qualification and determination of Supplier "high risk" classification.
  • Performing mandatory levels of Screening as may be required.
  • Reviewing and adjudicating results.
  • Escalating to 'Compliance Officer' significant alerts, red flags, etc.
SAP 'Master Data Requests' (MDR)

  • Supplier Registration requests direct to SAP where exception to the SAP Ariba process has been granted by SCM Management.
  • To extend Supplier existing SAP account to additional Purchasing Organization and/or Company Code.
  • To block or unblock a Supplier SAP account.
  • To make internal changes to a Supplier SAP account (does not include such changes where the Supplier is responsible for accessing their SAP Ariba account directly to submit a change.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to High school HND or equivalent level.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management including Supplier Management preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) module highly desired.
  • Proven ability to run reporting through Power 'Business Intelligence' (BI) preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative problem solving able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working
  • Sound communication skills able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
  • The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously
