As a Restaurant Manager leads the compliance of service, food hygiene, safety, and other standards amongst the team on each shift.

He/She assists in managing front-of-house operations and customer services to optimize outlet performance. He/She guides the staff in the management of customers' queries and plans staff scheduling based on operational needs.

He/She monitors food and beverage services to ensure excellent customer service and is expected to suggest areas for continuous improvement within the team.

Providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude. Remain calm and professional with difficult customers.

Abide all rules, regulations, policies, and, SOPs of the Company.

Review service processes and provide recommendations for service enhancement in collaboration with Kitchen Operations to address service issues.

Execute marketing efforts based on the marketing plan developed for each concept

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Food & Beverages in restaurant
  • Food Safety Course Certificate (preferred)
  • Willing to work weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays
  • Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
  • Meticulous and Friendly with Good interpersonal skills
  • Customeroriented and service minded.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and fastpaced environment

Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
