We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join us as a Vice President, Asia Pacific – Facilities Management Sub – Region Manager - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Facilities Operations Asset Manager - C13) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. The Facilities Operations Construction Project Manager position is a senior role that entails utilizing expert knowledge to develop new techniques, enhance processes, and manage workflow efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the integration of various areas within the function, as well as influencing business objectives and decision-making. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end facilities operations, including design, construction project management, and building maintenance.
  • Overseeing pipeline meetings, productivity, reserves, and budget processes.
  • Engaging in BAU Projects and Capital Investment project services in collaboration with regional contacts.
  • Analyzing internal and industry benchmarking data.
  • Leading senior management reporting and review sessions.
  • Tracking Real Estate Services (RES) productivity and reserve schedules.
  • Enhancing reporting efficiency without compromising accuracy.
  • Contributing to the Citi Realty Services operating budget.
  • Exercising sound judgement and autonomy in decision-making.
  • Acting as a Risk Manager for Facilities Management (FM) Operations in Asia.
  • Providing expertise to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Managing teams and assessing risks to uphold the firm's reputation and compliance.
  • Overseeing the Principal Outsourcing contract for FM operations.
  • Presenting data effectively and leading outsourcing senior management teams.
  • Having a solid grasp of Asset Management principles and maintenance practices.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess:Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven influence and relationship management capabilities.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering.
