1. Purchasing & Inventory Management
- Facilitate the endtoend purchasing process from sourcing, supplier/contract management, and spend analysis to purchase order issuance.
- Conduct quarterly stock inventory and ensure that actual stock onhand tallies with stock on records.
- Prepare payment request for suppliers and submits them to the Finance Department for payment processing.
- Backup in daily retail operations such as cashiering, issuance of receipts for nonretail payments, registration or appointments for courses, and safekeeping of cash in the Finance Department's safe.
2. eCommerce
- Manage and maintain an eCommerce system including food delivery service through various agents.
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information.
3. Retail Business Operations
- Develop new business opportunities and suggest initiatives to grow the market.
- Review customers' needs to enhance product offering and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with existing or new vendors to identify new businesses and grow relationships that would improve revenue generation.
- Assist in marketing of products and services and membership.
4. Customer Services
- Share product information with customers of items in the retail shop.
- Diploma holder in a related field/discipline
- A selfmotivated individual with a minimum 1year experience in purchasing
- Able to multitask and has a positive outlook
- Resourceful with good negotiation skills
- IT/Tech Savvy, adaptable to new technology
- Good communication skills
