As they continue to grow, they are looking for an Office Manager HR to join the team in the CBD area of Singapore and help the team in admin and HR.
As the Office Manager HR, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and overseeing all HR-related matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Office Management:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office, including managing the reception area, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring that the office is clean and tidy.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that office equipment, such as printers and computers, are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations.
HR Management:
- Prepare employment contracts and manage employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage employee records, including maintaining the employee database and managing employee files.
The Successful Applicant:
- At least 5 years of experience in admin and some experience in HR especially in recruiting processes to understand the right processes
- Able to work independently
