Co-Development Business Unit is looking for
IT Application Support Officer

  • Internal Code: A24031_

What will you do?

  • Provide operations and maintenance support.
  • Respond timely to users' queries.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the team to track issues till closure.
  • Support implementation of new product features.

Requirements:

What are we looking for?

  • At least three years' experience as a Support Officer or equivalent in Agile projects.
  • Graduates from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce, SaaS, CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problemsolving skills will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders' engagement will be an advantage.
  • Application Support Officer with the ability to track IT related expenses and payment will be an advantage.
