Data Center IT support officer (DSS Onsite Tech)

  • Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance.
  • Provide smart hands for round-the-clock critical data center support.
  • Ensure safety and security of the data centers.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

General Skills/Experience for both the Profiles (DC & H&F Support)

Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of working experience required and in relevant areas

Highest Level of Academic :Higher NITEC in Information Technology, IT Engineering, or equivalent qualification and above

Individual Responsibility and Autonomy :

  • Fast learner
  • Able to multitask
  • Reasonable spoken English
  • Good knowledge and skillful in relevant areas
  • Require mínimal or no supervision, independent and reliable

Task Execution:
Able to plan, prioritize and co-ordinate demands

Salary:
$2, $2,900.00 per month
