Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP Management, Reconciliation
  • Ensure timely financial reporting for month end and year end
  • Participate in year end activities by preparing financial information for audit
  • Ability to develop good practices, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control for Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss
  • Analyze and present financial data to Management in timely manner
  • Handle any other general office administration

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to read/write/converse fluently in Chinese/Mandarin as this role requires frequent liaising with Chinese counterparts

  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel & equipped with IT skills will be preferred
