About the role

This role is based in Singapore and reporting to the Global Head of Early Careers.

The Talent Acquisition Lead in the Early Careers team is an amazing opportunity to lead and manage a long-term scalable Early Careers talent acquisition function.

This is a role that involves working with established and emerging markets and supporting new businesses and products that are developing.


You will:

  • Manage Early Careers talent acquisition by leading a team of recruiters to support all programmes
  • Communicate regularly with all levels of the organisation, vendors, and universities to ensure a datadriven, robust and coordinated approach to the way we recruit Early Careers talent
  • Act as a trusted advisor building strategic and sustainable relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or adhoc projects
  • Drive early engagement and diversity initiatives across all programs
  • Provide market intelligence and proactive advice to stakeholders
  • Partner with colleagues around the globe to share best practices and drive process excellence

About you:

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience (with special reference to campus recruitment/early careers domain is ideal)
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Project management experience; demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects
  • Natural leader with the ability to develop and drive a high performing team
  • Positive attitude, known for delivering and high integrity with quality standards
  • Advocate of best practices and able to support good decision taking
  • Wellorganised and able to quickly prioritise and handle multiple assignments
  • Great at presenting ideas and selling important values
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with teammates; intuitive, and quick learner
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, for example) and other recruitment technologies such as HireVue)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working across market is a plus
  • Experience operating in a global organisation is a plus
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and virtual interactive platforms is a must
