JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months. Based in the Singapore office, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Manager Talent Acquisition, APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the APAC recruitment team in securing top diverse talent for our world leading media and entertainment companies.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive interview scheduling both onsite and virtual across the region, coordinating the appropriate resources required
  • Provides support in setting up assessments
  • Update requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (currently SmartRecruiters) as required
  • Screening, download resumes from different job portals and upload to the Application Tracking System
  • Supports in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required as well as offer letter creation for Early Career Interns roles in Singapore
  • Provides support with configuring and posting job adverts
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent Branding team in updating social media posts
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers and new hires to ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for Talent Acquisition
  • Prepare purchase order and handle SAP system
  • Help to setup and attend meetings and events as needed
  • As time allows support with: Interns onboarding; Early Career events; Assessment Centre coordination scheduling, planning and conducting alongside the Early Career Programme Manager

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience working in Recruiting, Human Resources or related experience in meeting fastpaced client needs
  • A good level of IT literacy including MS Office and experience of working with an Application Tracking system would be advantageous
