Operation

  • Inventory Management
  • Operation efficiency
  • WW Care Services
  • Prevent Stock Lost or stock damage and ensure Operation efficiency
  • Monitor the BOH compacity and work with Boutique manager / Department manager to do necessary replenishment.
  • Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations
  • Clear understanding and execution on WW care service policy
  • Manage defective items and responsible for the local damage cost control
  • Lead the stock deliveries, client's repair and merchandise transfer from warehouse, other stores and repair workshop.
  • Act as an internal auditor to manage the daily routine spot check for maintaining the standard of housekeeping, regular stock take investigations, make sure tasks are finished on time and the procedures are wellmanaged
  • Assist Boutique Manager or lead with Boutique Audit

People Management

  • Propose solutions on operation and related matters to Boutique Manager
  • Develop a good team spirit within BOH and extend the collaboration to all Boutique staff and across Boutiques
  • Lead the BOH team including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor, Shop Attendants, Parttimers to cover all BOH functions and achieve Boutique business goals and objectives
  • Manage the work schedule, grooming and job duties delegation for BOH staff and Parttimers in an effective and efficient manner
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team to optimize efficiency
  • Set individual goals to the team, monitor and assess staff performance against their goals regularly
  • Support the team with consistent qualitative feedback, coaching, evaluation for performance improvement and develop them to the next level
  • Maintain the team passion for the Brand

Boutique Administration

  • Responsible for updating reports
  • Validate staff attendance, leave, OT records, monthly commission etc. and make sure all related records are submitted to the office timely
  • Manage Boutique's expense reimbursement issues
  • Incharge of the Boutique maintenance issues, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors;
  • Ensure adequate supply of Boutique materials, systems, equipment, uniforms etc.
  • Manage the documentation and streamline work processes for operational efficiency
  • Be the champion of the Retail Handbook and comply with related procedures & regulations

Boutique Maintenance

  • Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors. (including IT support/supplies)
  • Be the bridge between office operation team and IT team etc.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the Boutique for an extraordinary experience for our clients
  • Be one of the core staff to actively support the logistic of Boutique events
  • Maintain the right and professional image in line with the Company standard
Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time by your reporting manager.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or above

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
