Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high service standards for tenants, visitors, and shoppers.
  • Mentor new Concierge members, aligning them with property responsibilities.
  • Provide training aligned with Customer Service Standards, overseeing grooming.
  • Supervise daily tower operations, optimizing team roles for customer satisfaction.
  • Manage tower events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to workflow and SOP enhancement, proposing tenant engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate to elevate overall service experience.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new Concierge personnel.
  • Conduct grooming and service skills sessions, updating materials regularly.
  • Refresh team on standard operating procedures.
  • Restock stationery, groceries, and umbrellas.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports.
  • Assist in managing annual and medical leave applications.

Job Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and building management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Mandarin speaker is required due to demographic demand
