How you can add value:

  • Assist wealth managers in executing trades and managing documentation for account opening, onboarding, KYC, and other regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Review and reconcile quarterly revenue reports meticulously to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to record trades and other relevant activities, maintaining precise and uptodate records.
  • Provide support in client marketing initiatives, including the preparation of presentation decks.
  • Organize appointments and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, coordinating couriers, and other adhoc duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • A Diploma in Banking and Finance and/or 23 years of relevant experience in the financial industry or within a MASregulated company is preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn, exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative support skills.
  • Familiarity with private banks' eBanking platforms and reports is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effectively communicating with Chinesespeaking clients and wealth managers.
